In this episode, your host, Alexandra shares the story behind her return to faith and the journey that shaped her 2025 in ways she never could have planned.
It’s a reflection on getting out of her own way and surrendering to God’s plan - choosing to wait, listen, trust and follow.
Alexandra talks about finding her way back to church, forming the most beautiful friendships, and following the call to make the Sunshine Coast home.
She also shares what’s lighting her up right now, how she’s looking ahead to 2026 and the tension of navigating how to show up online after becoming Christian again when your identity and direction are shifting.
This episode is for anyone who feels a quiet nudge to trust God more, even when the path doesn’t fully make sense yet - and for those learning that clarity often comes after obedience.
It doesn’t always make sense - until it does 🤍

In this episode, I sit down with the incredible Addie Reeves - the visionary behind Flow State Health. A remedial massage and body work health centre in Willunga South, South Australia, that is centred around keeping people doing what they love through a multi layered healing approach.
We speak about the birth of her beautiful clinic, a dream she has been planning for years - and what it has really taken to bring it to life. The journey of business, self belief, backing yourself and learning to do hard (and often uncomfortable) things.
Addie shares her own experience with burnout, the signs she now catches early, and how she built a deep self-trust inside her body again… alongside her huge love for Ju Jitsu, and how that sport has become a teacher in almost every area of her life.
We dive into continual learning and her devotion to studying and integrating different modalities. Including Trauma Integration, Polyvagal Theory, Cranio Sacral Therapy and so much more. Addie shares how she brings this depth of study into her work supporting clients in nervous system rewire and somatic emotional integration work - looking at the body and mind as a whole, interconnected system.
And, we chat about finding the balance between going after the bucket list dreams, ambitions and big heart-led desires - while still finding joy in the sacred mundane of everyday life.
This one is for anyone building something big, while learning to stay resourced, regulated and rooted in who they are along the way.

Motherhood is a journey, and postpartum can be deeply transformative - or challenging. In this episode, Alix reflects on her first experiences with postpartum depression, the healing she found with her third child, and the lessons she’s learned along the way.
Through sound and vibration, she discovered ways to nurture herself, support her family, and live with intention.
We dive into the importance of asking for help, preparing relationships before children, and creating a postpartum experience that truly honours mothers.
Alix is a well travelled Mumma of 3. She is inspired deeply by sound & has committed herself to sharing the importance of postpartum care. Prior to having children she lived a Gypsy life, moving around the country, learning wisdom from the land & the people she travelled with.
Now she spends her time caring for her 3 children, playing with clay, gardening & creating community everywhere so goes.
This is a deeply inspiring and healing conversation, with sound interweaved, we cannot wait for you to listen!

This conversation with Lauren Michelle aka @theinkgypsy is deep, heartfelt, and profoundly healing. She shares the fire that was lit within her heart to follow her own path, even when it meant walking away from the life that appeared to be "the dream".
Lauren is a mystic, mother & lover of life.
A ceremonial tattoo artist, energy healer, and mentor, she weaves together artistry and soul work to guide others back to their truth. Through her work and her own journey, Lauren embodies deep healing, transformation, and the courage to live in alignment with the heart.
From the hardships that shaped her, to the gratitude that grounded her, Lauren takes us through her profound journey of losing herself in motherhood - and finding her way back home to her heart.
We speak about choosing yourself, your healing, and your truth, even when it means making the hardest decisions - like leaving behind a marriage and a life that looks perfect on the outside, but no longer feels aligned within. She found the courage to create a new life built on authenticity, love, and soul alignment.
Lauren’s story, which she has never shared this in depth before, is a powerful reminder that true healing and deep connection become possible when you trust the whispers of your heart.

In this solo episode with Wild Hearts Podcast Host, Alexandra Bennett, explores the power of letting go and surrendering to our soul curriculum.
What happens when we release the pressure of how things should look and start trusting the deeper wisdom within us?
Through her own experiences, she shares how to:
Let go of control and open space for more ease and possibility
Find alignment in life by following the truth of your heart
Trust your intuition even when it goes against the noise around you
Live from your truth, instead of trying to fit into someone else’s plan
Through her own journey, she explores what it means to stop gripping so tightly, release old beliefs, and allow life to unfold in alignment with the truth of your heart. From money stories to the pressure of routines and external voices, Alex reminds us that no one outside of you has the answers.
This episode is an invitation to soften, surrender, and listen more deeply to the truth of your own soul. In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Tess Martin, mother of four, founder of Cacao Mama International, and creator of The Facilitation Academy, to explore her remarkable journey through motherhood, loss, and the soul calling that led her to share cacao with the world.
This conversation may be deeply moving and at times sensitive, particularly around pregnancy, loss and choices in birth. It may also challenge beliefs about life, death, and motherhood, but above all it is a story of trust, resilience and living aligned with soul.
Tess has guided thousands through transformational cacao ceremonies across the globe, weaving embodied wisdom, deep remembrance and a reverent connection to Spirit. Her story is raw, tender, and powerful, reminding us of the courage it takes to follow the voice within.
We explore:
Tess’ lifelong knowing that she was here to be a Mother
Navigating the grief of losing her second daughter in late pregnancy
Six pregnancies, four children earthside, two angel babies
The spiritual voice that guided her to bring cacao to the world
Leaving the “white picket fence” life behind, selling everything, moving her family to Bali, and embracing life on her own terms
The magic, community and global impact of Cacao Mama
Tess’ story is a reminder of the thresholds we all face, and the power of taking the leap when your soul knows it’s time.
I’d highly recommend listening to this episode with a cacao in hand, as you receive the wisdom and heart of the Cacao Mama herself.
